The Robata concept was born on Enric Granados Street, in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district in 2016.
Robata Madrid is our own tribute to Japanese culture. Located in the pretty alley of Puigcerdá, the space invites you to sit down calmly and let yourself be enveloped by the magic of the place.
Robata is a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy sushi and Robata, the Japanese charcoal grill.
Robata has its origins in the love of traditional Japanese cuisine in its technique and attention to detail fused with more Mediterranean and international cuisine. The result is a menu that is born from tradition but is open to the world.
Each of Robata’s spaces pays a particular tribute to Japanese culture and gastronomy with certain touches of Western fusion.
