Sushichef Fabiola Lairet, set herself the goal of achieving “perfection in simplicity”. In Robata, it is combined in a design environment, with a menu prepared on the second floor of the restaurant, next to an open kitchen and for everyone to see.
New influences that respect the Japanese tradition and incorporate a very surprising Western fusion touch. And all in a great location on Puigcerda street, one of the coolest gastronomic arteries in the capital.
