To ensure that your visit is a success, we would like to tell you some relevant details below:

Reservations within the time frame of 8pm to 8.30pm will have the table for 2 hours. Don’t worry, it is enough time to fully enjoy the Robata experience. Reservations after 10pm can stay in the restaurant until closing time.

In case of delay, it is best to notify the restaurant. If 15 minutes have passed and we have not received notice, your reservation will be cancelled.

For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring cakes, desserts or drinks. If you are celebrating, the best option is undoubtedly to choose one of our irresistible homemade cakes. If you need a whole cake, please contact us.

If you are bringing a stroller and need space, it is best to mention this in the reservation comments.

If you have a pet, remember that they are only accepted for terrace reservations.

If the contact details you provide us are not correct and we cannot reconfirm the reservation, it will be cancelled.

Your guest can enjoy their Gift Voucher whenever they want.

To guarantee table availability on the desired day and time, we recommend making the reservation as normal. Once in the restaurant, you must show the Gift Voucher to be able to enjoy it.

To get it, follow the steps that appear when you select the menu and at the end you will receive the Gift Voucher in your email.

Note: the Gift Voucher entitles you to the tasting menu, not to an amount to be redeemed at the restaurant.

It is valid for one year.

When making a reservation for 8 people or more, we will request your credit card details as a guarantee.

The reservation process does not entail any charge on your card.

You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the reservation.

If you cancel on the same day of the reservation or do not attend, you will be charged €25 per person.

You can adjust the final number of guests up to 6 hours before the reservation, otherwise you will be charged €25 per person who does not attend.

For your peace of mind, we always do (via email or SMS) double verification of your reservation: one at the time of making it and the other the day before it.
