Reservations within the time frame of 8pm to 8.30pm will have the table for 2 hours. Don’t worry, it is enough time to fully enjoy the Robata experience. Reservations after 10pm can stay in the restaurant until closing time.<\/p>\n

In case of delay, it is best to notify the restaurant. If 15 minutes have passed and we have not received notice, your reservation will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

For groups of more than 10 people, please contact us by phone at +34 916 006986<\/p>\n

For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring cakes, desserts or drinks. If you are celebrating, the best option is undoubtedly to choose one of our irresistible homemade cakes. If you need a whole cake, please contact us.<\/p>\n

If you are bringing a stroller and need space, it is best to mention this in the reservation comments.<\/p>\n

If you have a pet, remember that they are only accepted for terrace reservations.<\/p>\n

When making a reservation for 8 people or more, we will request your credit card details as a guarantee.<\/p>\n

The reservation process does not entail any charge on your card.<\/p>\n

You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the reservation.<\/p>\n

If you cancel on the same day of the reservation or do not attend, you will be charged \u20ac25 per person.<\/p>\n

You can adjust the final number of guests up to 6 hours before the reservation, otherwise you will be charged \u20ac25 per person who does not attend.<\/p>\n
