The Robata concept was born on Enric Granados street, in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district in 2016.<\/p>\n

Reservations made after 8pm will have a table for 2 hours. Don’t worry, it’s enough time to fully enjoy the Robata experience. Reservations made after 10pm can stay in the restaurant until closing time.<\/p>\n

In case of a delay, it is best to notify the restaurant. If 15 minutes have passed and we have not received a notification, your reservation will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

For groups of more than 10 people, please contact us at +34 937826000<\/p>\n

For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring cakes, desserts or drinks. If you are celebrating, the best option is to choose one of our irresistible homemade cakes. If you need a whole cake, please contact us.<\/p>\n

If you are bringing a baby stroller and need space, it is best to mention this in the reservation comments.<\/p>\n

If you have a pet, remember that they are only accepted for terrace reservations.<\/p>\n

To guarantee table availability on the desired day and time, we recommend making the reservation as normal. Once at the restaurant, you must show the Gift Voucher to be able to enjoy it.<\/p>\n

To get it, follow the steps that appear when you select the menu and at the end you will receive the Gift Voucher in your email.<\/p>\n

Note: the Gift Voucher entitles you to the Tasting Menu, not to an amount to be redeemed at the restaurant.<\/p>\n

When making a reservation for 8 people or more, we will request your credit card details as a guarantee.<\/p>\n

The reservation process does not entail any charge on your card.<\/p>\n

You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the reservation.<\/p>\n

If you cancel on the same day of the reservation or do not attend, you will be charged \u20ac25 per person.<\/p>\n

You can adjust the final number of guests up to 6 hours before the reservation, otherwise you will be charged \u20ac25 per person who does not attend.<\/p>\n
